    Description

    1896 Tiffany made Bryan So-Called silver dollar listed as HK-777.  This example is one of the first original Bryan dollars struck by Tiffany and Co. clearly embossed on edge....see photo.  This piece states 776 1/3 grains of silver 900/1000 Fine the Equivalent of Old Gold Dollar in Value and dated July 1896.  A uniface piece as struck, this one has never been cleaned, no scratches, no damage.  I believe it grades a AU++ but you grade it.  The Tiffany issue is the most highly sought after type and the first original design.  Please see my other lots...
