For our customers in
CANADA
we offer 2 shipping choices.
STANDARD
Shipping at very low rates using USPS First Class Mail International, or
EXPEDITED
Shipping at a higher rate using USPS Priority Mail International.
STANDARD
shipping with First Class Mail is inexpensive, but the delivery times vary greatly to the different regions of Canada and are slower in the winter and during the holiday seasons. We ship from the Eastern US so packages reach Eastern Provinces more quickly than the Western Provinces. We have seen that delivery can take anywhere from 5 business days to 3 weeks depending on the region of Canada and the time of year. For example: If you live in a highly populated area near a major city in the Province of Quebec or Ontario then the delivery time will be closer to 5 days and if you live in a very remote region of Saskatchewan or Manitoba far from any major city hen the delivery time will probably be more like 2 to 3 weeks. Therefore, no specific promise for time of delivery can be given when choosing Standard Shipping.
EXPEDITED
shipping with Priority Mail costs a bit more but is significantly faster and there is better tracking information available. Packages are usually delivered within 5 to 10 days with the more populated regions near cities getting faster service than the more remote regions.
For our
INTERNATIONAL
customers, (except Canada), we only ship using USPS Priority Mail International. Priority Mail costs a bit more than First Class mail but less than most other package carriers. Tracking information is available and most packages are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days depending on the speed of the delivery service within your country. The more populated regions near cities get faster service than the more remote regions.
