ORREFORS Swedish crystal vase - 3" hi, multifaceted Gov't Bldg/Parliament--neat!

Lovely piece of Swedish ORREFORS glass, purchased during my friend's working days in the 60s in Sweden. This heavy crystal vase is 3" high and has numerous edges to its multifaceted shapes.  The picture on the front is a government building, perhaps the parliamentarian building in Stockholm? I have tried to get a better picture of the signature without success.  There are no initials or numbers, just the lower case writing of the word "orrefors".
