NEW SCHOOL OLD SCHOOL BROOKLYN EAST RIVER BRIDGE COMMEMORATIVE

Description

You are acquiring the pictured "New In Box" Silver-Plated Bronze medal that is an "exact reproduction of the original" medal that was issued for sale as a souvenir in 1883 and later.  I wonder why the originals are so rare?  Every now and again one encounters the original artifact but only rarely....actually, about as rarely as one encounters this new edition of the approx. 35mm So-Called Dollar.  I wonder if the first edition of Hibler and Kappen's book overlooked because the authors may have been unaware of the issue.
I have no doubt that it will be included in the 3rd edition of the you know what bible.
