    Description

    HK-247, Administration Building/Ferris Wheel Dollar, a souvenir of the 1894 California Midwinter Exposition in San Francisco, CA.  NGC MS-62PL, scarce as a Type, scarcer still an an NGC certified PL piece.  6 in PL versus 26 in non-PL; logically a certified PL piece should be worth more than a non-PL.
    Also in
    Shevlin's book on West Coast Expos, there SH 7-6, value listed at 0 in MS-60, 5 in MS-63.  Undervalued based upon recent sales, it should be reasonable at out price.
