This is an example of a coin/medal where the item looks exactly like the photo! The light toning around the periphery is just as it shows up in the scan and the overall brightness, strong and even strike, and nice uncirculated color in the photo are exactly what you'll get in the medal/so-called dollar you receive.
We always try to provide information in our text to support the photos and let Ebay viewers know exactly what the actual color and tone are if not exactly as in the photo. Unfortunately, the two are not always a 100% match. Sometimes copper coins are very tough to capture the exact color and tone. Silver is a bit easier and tends to look just like the real thing!
You can't beat the opening price of 99 cents but we do hope the medal receives a few more bids or you can always use a very inexpensive Buy it Now price of just .99.
