  • Condition: For 4 new 10.9 grade longer front differential bolts ( set of 4) to get the " full bite " into your OEM RZR 1000 or RZR Turbo front differential . I have included pictures of 1 failed 1000 XP differential housing ,but Ive seen many more with same issue. The factory bolts are too short and under load it puts a lot of pressure on a small section/ corner areas of the differential. The crazy thing is the front differentials are already threaded deeper and the extra threads are just simply not used with the original bolts. Installing these is as simple as swapping them over. Notice on the second picture that below the broken corner of the diff housing that there is the other threads that could have been used for additional strength and possibly prevented the seen failure. These are approximately 35% longer than oem and use the entire threaded part of your OEM front differential .
