    Soak dried Sipunculus nudus till soft and cut it open, clean with water and remove any sand, if any; 沙蟲乾浸軟,剪開除去內臟及沙粒,如有;
    Soak Dried Geoduck and conches in water till softened 把象拔蚌干及螺片浸軟
    Wash other ingredients with clean water 其他材料洗淨備用
    Blanch Pork, cut into pieces 豬肉汆水切件
    Place all the ingredients in the water (around 10 bowls of water or 2L of water). Bring to the boil over high heat; after 5 minutes, turn the flame down to low and boil for 1.5 hours,置10碗水2L於煲內至水滾後,放入全部湯料,少量薑片。以猛火煲滾後,文火煲約1.5小時。
