IF IT IS PLACED AFTER 8AM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 8AM. IF AN ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 8AM ON FRIDAY IT WILL BE PROCESSED WITH OUR ORDER BATCH ON SATURDAY AND TRACKING WILL UPLOAD BUT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP UNTIL OUR MONDAY ORDER PICK UP. THERE IS NO ORDER THAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS. WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER HOW FAST THE POST OFFICE OR FEDEX SCANS/SORTS/DELIVERS PACKAGES SO PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL AFTER 24-48 HOURS REGARDING THE TRACKING NOT UPDATING AS AGAIN, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW THE PACKAGES ARE HANDLED ONCE IN THEIR POSSESSION. IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED BY ITS ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE SPECIFIED ON YOUR ORDERS DETAIL PAGE PLEASE CONTACT US AS WE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SHIPPING SERVICE AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
• Shipping :
As stated above, all of our orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment processing. We do ship certain items from multiple warehouses so once the item has been pulled, label printed and item packaged at this facility we will upload the tracking to your order accordingly. This can take anywhere from 24-72 hours depending on the warehouse we have the item packaged and shipped from. We do not offer any type of expedited shipping outside of USPS priority and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. If you would like to purchase an expedited shipping label and schedule a pick up for the express service for said logistics company we will be more than willing to accommodate anything within reason. (Please inquire before purchasing label, as not all requests will be granted)
• Return Policy
Returns for products purchased must be received back at our warehouse within the specified time on the listings return details information. The returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition, there are no exclusions to this list - please contact us if you have any questions regarding your items return eligibility.
• Double check your address when you are checking out, If you have moved, update the address before paying. We cannot change your shipping address after checkout. Do not email asking to change your address as this is against PayPal Fraud Prevention Rules and numerous other payment methods Fraud Prevention Rules. You are responsible for the address you provide at the time you order.
• Cancellations:
Please contact us as soon as possible
We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations that have already shipped with a valid and traceable tracking number.
• Warranty/Returns:
Contact us so we can correct it and make it right! Our 30/60 day Return Period does not apply to products which are used for purposes other than that which they were designed for or which has been altered in any way that is detrimental to the performance or life of the product. We have absolutely no affiliation with any warranty programs from a distributor/company.
