This is a "small footprint" 3PDT "true bypass" wiring board.  Includes instructions for use.  See picture for item in an actual pedal....
Provision for "dropdown resistor" (see pic), and this board is "input grounded" in bypass mode to eliminate switching noise and LED "pop."
